Abstract
This study basically studies the job satisfaction of Ambo University’s all Campuses employees and recommends the university’s administration. The purpose of this study is to help the Ambo University Organization leaders, the environment of care professionals, and other institutions by showing the problem of unsatisfying Employees and recommending the proper school of thought of the modern management style such as employee satisfaction, initiation, and the employee’s holistic development. According to Gruenberg, 1997Job satisfaction is a comprehensive construct with various definitions and related concepts, which has been studied in various disciplines for many years now. Many theories and articles of interest to managers, social psychologists, and scholars focus on job satisfaction because most people spend their life at work, and understanding the factors that increase satisfaction is important to improve the well-being of individuals in this facet of living (Gruenberg, 1997).
