Les droits foncier, forestier, agricole et minier sont organisés par les textes des lois divergentes. Cet état des choses donne l’impression que ces régimes cohabitent paisiblement alors qu’ils s’excluent. Nous nous proposons un examen des problèmes que posent l’application des Codes susvisés sur les mêmes espaces et suggérer les voies et moyens pour les résoudre. Notre préoccupation majeure et de trouver des solutions pour l’établissement d’un équilibre entre ces droits distincts en suggérant la cartographie minière et la gestion unique pour ces régimes qui semblent coexister alors que ce n’est pas le cas.
