The Study adopted historical and descriptive research methods and obtained data from primary and secondary sources. As a qualitative research, analysis was done thematically. Data collection involved interviews and field visits, capturing firsthand accounts from community members. The study findings reveal the resilience of Kala Oko&#8217;s traditional institutions and their significant role in fostering cultural heritage and social cohesion. Despite challenges such as limited funding, high transportation costs, and time constraints, the research highlights strategies for preserving and revitalizing these institutions in the face of modern pressures. This work contributes to academic scholarship and community efforts to maintain Kala Oko&#8217;s unique cultural identity.<\/p>\n<h2>Authors<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>C. I.
