Abstract<\/h2>\n

Le but de cette recherche \u00e9tait d\u2019identifier les \u00a0entraves \u00e0 la gestion efficiente des d\u00e9chets biom\u00e9dicaux-anatomiques \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital provincial g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de Kinshasa. Nous menons une \u00e9tude transversale descriptive et analytique sur un \u00e9chantillon de 384 prestataires selon la formule de Fischer. Par la m\u00e9thode de la revue documentaire et d\u2019enqu\u00eate, la technique d\u2019interview face \u00e0 face, nous avons eu \u00e0 r\u00e9colter nos donn\u00e9es au pr\u00e8s des prestataires \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un questionnaire d\u2019enqu\u00eate utilis\u00e9 comme instrument.\u00a0Les r\u00e9sultats nous renseignent que les param\u00e8tres sociod\u00e9mographiques des prestataires (\u00e2ge, sexe, \u00e9tat civil, niveau d\u2019\u00e9tude), l\u2019anciennet\u00e9 des prestataires, les diff\u00e9rents services d\u2019affectation, Mauvaise qualit\u00e9 de gestion des d\u00e9chets, Le statut du prestataire, L\u2019absence de la fosse d\u2019enfouissement, La dur\u00e9e de la fosse d\u2019enfouissement, L\u2019absence de service sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 et L\u2019absence de circuit de recyclage.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

The aim of this research was to identify the obstacles to the efficient management of biomedical-anatomical waste at the provincial general reference hospital of Kinshasa. We are conducting a descriptive and analytical cross-sectional study on a sample of 384 service providers according to Fischer’s formula. By the method of documentary review and survey, the face-to-face interview technique, we had to collect our data from providers using a survey questionnaire used as an instrument. The results tell us that the socio-demographic parameters of the service providers (age, sex, marital status, level of study), the seniority of the service providers, the various assignment services, Poor quality of waste management, The status of the service provider, The absence of the burial pit, The duration of the burial pit, The absence of specialized service and The absence of a recycling circuit.<\/p>\n
