Family planning is a matter of mindset and development (Bob Senker, 2023). Maternal and infant mortality can be combated by using contraceptive methods and ensuring demographics, which represent a workforce, an economy, and family wealth. This depends on the quality of communication, the type of message, and the receptivity of communities, especially among pronatalists (BOYOO E et al., 2023). In the context of Universal Health Coverage and health education, how can we address the problem of low use of modern contraceptive methods by sexually active women in a pronatalist community? The Goal: To contribute to reducing maternal and infant mortality and ensuring demographics that are harmonious with development while improving the quality of family planning services in a pronatalist community.<\/p>\n<p>Methods:\u00a0Systemic, dialectical, and structural-functional-historical approaches. Techniques: Document analysis and guided interview. Sample size: 384 statistical units. Data collection instruments: Questionnaire.<\/p>\n<p>Results:\u00a0Based on this analysis, 68.5% of respondents believe that to improve the acceptability of FP, community outreach activities must be carried out by RECOs. To facilitate access to services, 50.8% of respondents believe that distributing FP methods in the community will facilitate access to FP services. Regarding the educational message on FP, 91.7% said no, and 92.7% were unsure of the quality of the message disseminated.<\/p>\n<p>Discussion:\u00a0Our results differ from those found by B. SENKER, 2023, and confirm those found by PMA\/ESP\/RDC, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Conclusion:\u00a0The family planning system in the DRC must be improved with appropriate teaching methods to strengthen the capacity of health personnel while adapting to the sociological reality of each community in order to positively influence the use of modern contraceptives. La planification familiale est une question de mentalit\u00e9 et de d\u00e9veloppement, (Bob SENKER,2023).On peut lutter contre la mortalit\u00e9 maternelle et infantile en utilisant les m\u00e9thodes contraceptives et en garantissant la d\u00e9mographie qui est une main d\u2019\u0153uvre, Une \u00e9conomie et richesse familiale, cela d\u00e9pend de la qualit\u00e9 de communication, du type de message \u00a0et de la recevabilit\u00e9 des communaut\u00e9s surtout chez les Pronatalistes,( BOYOO E et Al.,2023).Dans le contexte de la Couverture Sant\u00e9 Universelle et de didactique en sant\u00e9, Comment rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 la probl\u00e9matique de faible utilisation des M\u00e9thodes Contraceptives modernes par les femmes sexuellement actives dans une communaut\u00e9 Pronatalistes\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Le But:\u00a0Contribuer \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction de la mortalit\u00e9 maternelle et infantile et garantir une d\u00e9mographie harmonieuse au d\u00e9veloppement tout en am\u00e9liorant la qualit\u00e9 de service de planification familiale dans une communaut\u00e9 pronatalistes.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9thodes:\u00a0Approches Syst\u00e9miques, dialectique et structuro fonctionnelle et historique.<\/p>\n<p>Techniques:\u00a0L\u2019Analyse documentaire et l\u2019interview guid\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Taille d\u2019\u00e9chantillon\u00a0: 384 Unit\u00e9s Statistiques.<\/p>\n<p>Instruments de collecte des donn\u00e9es\u00a0: Questionnaire.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9sultats\u00a0:\u00a0Partant de ces analyse, 68,5% des enqu\u00eat\u00e9es pensent que pour am\u00e9liorer \u00a0l\u2019acceptabilit\u00e9 \u00a0de \u00a0la PF, il faut la sensibilisation de la population par les RECO, Pour \u00a0faciliter l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux services 50,8% des enqu\u00eat\u00e9es pensent que distribuer les m\u00e9thodes de PF dans la communaut\u00e9 facilitera l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux services de PF. En ce qui concerne le message \u00e9ducationnel sur la PF, 91,7% ont dit non et 92,7% n\u2019\u00e9taient pas \u00a0s\u00fbr de \u00a0la qualit\u00e9 de message diffus\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Discussion:\u00a0Nos r\u00e9sultats s\u2019\u00e9cartent de ceux trouv\u00e9s par B.SENKER,\u00a02023 et confirment ceux trouv\u00e9s par PMA\/ESP\/RDC, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Conclusion:\u00a0Le syst\u00e8me de la planification familiale en RDC doit \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9 avec une p\u00e9dagogie adapt\u00e9e pour le renforcement des capacit\u00e9s du personnel de sant\u00e9 tout en s\u2019adaptant \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 sociologique de chaque communaut\u00e9 afin d\u2019influencer positivement l\u2019utilisation des contraceptifs modernes.
