L\u2019\u00e9tude est conduite au moyen d\u2019un questionnaire adress\u00e9 \u00e0 120 salari\u00e9s r\u00e9partis en trois cat\u00e9gories socioprofessionnelles de l\u2019entreprise Chemaf.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats montrent que pendant la p\u00e9riode de Covid \u2013 19, les conditions de travail \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise Chemaf \u00e9taient caract\u00e9ris\u00e9es par une forte charge du travail, d\u2019un faible soutien organisationnel et un manque de reconnaissance de travail au travail.
