Le Programme s&#8217;ex\u00e9cute suite \u00e0 une demande exprim\u00e9e par les communaut\u00e9s rurales et p\u00e9ri urbaines qui ; elles-m\u00eames choisissent leurs projets et mobilisent leurs ressources propres afin de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&#8217;un support ext\u00e9rieur de la part du Minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 Publique, Hygi\u00e8ne et Pr\u00e9vention et d&#8217;une ONG. Le probl\u00e8me majeur de notre recherche \u00e9tait l\u2019incoh\u00e9rence entre programme village assaini et la vie quotidienne de la population de la zone de sant\u00e9 de Tshikapa. Par \u00a0la m\u00e9thode descripto-analytique coupl\u00e9e aux techniques documentaires et d&#8217;interview qui ont permis d&#8217;analyser les PV ou comptes rendus des r\u00e9unions des comit\u00e9s des villages et avons interview\u00e9 quelques d\u00e9tenteurs de droits, membres du comit\u00e9, mamans et papa qui vivent dans les villages de la Zone de Sant\u00e9 de TSHIKAPA.
