Abstract<\/h2>\n

Cette recherche a juste cherch\u00e9 la promotion de l’application de la m\u00e9thode de la densit\u00e9 parasitaire par microlitre de sang, car cette m\u00e9thode pratique a une exactitude raisonnable et acceptable dans l’\u00e9valuation du traitement. \u00a0L’objectif de cette \u00e9tude \u00e9tait de d\u00e9terminer empiriquement la nature de la relation qui existe entre la densit\u00e9 parasitaire au cours du traitement et la dur\u00e9e du traitement en vue de mettre en exergue l’efficacit\u00e9 de la th\u00e9rapie du paludisme administr\u00e9e aux patients. Au terme de la pr\u00e9sente \u00e9tude, nous avons trouv\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats dont L’\u00e9chantillon d’\u00e9tude avec la densit\u00e9 parasitaire plasmodiale positive est \u00e0 pr\u00e9dominance p\u00e9diatrique avec 48% ; Au premier pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement, la majorit\u00e9 des patients avaient une densit\u00e9 parasitaire plasmodiale fortement positive avec 54,5% ; Au deuxi\u00e8me traitement, 42% de l’\u00e9chantillon d’\u00e9tude avaient une densit\u00e9 parasitaire plasmodiale n\u00e9gative ; Au troisi\u00e8me pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement, il y avait seulement deux tendances c’est-\u00e0- dire 76,9% de densit\u00e9 parasitaire plasmodiale n\u00e9gative et 23,1% fortement positive ; Au quatri\u00e8me pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement, 100% de densit\u00e9 parasitaire plasmodiale n\u00e9gative. Du fait que la valeur du Khi-carr\u00e9 (412,37) \u00e9tait largement sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 sa valeur th\u00e9orique au seuil de signification de 5% \u00e0 9 degr\u00e9s de libert\u00e9 (16,92), nous avons conclu pour une diff\u00e9rence significative des fr\u00e9quences obtenues au cours de ces quatre pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements. Cela est le signe des effets tr\u00e8s positifs du traitement que les patients ont re\u00e7u.<\/p>\n
