Les changements organisationnels obligent la gestion la gestion administrative du personnel \u00e0 \u00e9voluer vers des pratiques plus adaptatives, technologiques et strat\u00e9giques. \u00a0Une approche proactive, ax\u00e9e sur la formation, la communication et la flexibilit\u00e9, est essentielle pour relever ces d\u00e9fis tout en maintenant l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et la satisfaction des employ\u00e9s et des clients de la Sonas.
