Face aux d\u00e9fis sp\u00e9cifiques que rencontrent ces entreprises, o\u00f9 la conciliation entre les exigences professionnelles et familiales est particuli\u00e8rement cruciale, l&#8217;\u00e9tude examine en profondeur les effets des styles de management autoritaire, participatif, d\u00e9l\u00e9gatif, transformationnel, transactionnel, paternaliste, servant et adaptatif sur l&#8217;EVPVF. \u00c0 travers une approche mixte combinant analyses qualitatives et quantitatives (SPSS et AMOS), l&#8217;objectif est de valider ou infirmer les hypoth\u00e8ses sur la relation entre ces styles de management et l&#8217;EVPVF.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats qualitatifs issus d&#8217;Iramuteq r\u00e9v\u00e8lent des perceptions nuanc\u00e9es des employ\u00e9s vis-\u00e0-vis des styles de management. Certains styles, tels que le management participatif et d\u00e9l\u00e9gatif, sont per\u00e7us comme favorisant l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie familiale, tandis que le management autoritaire est largement per\u00e7u comme n\u00e9faste. Les r\u00e9sultats quantitatifs, en revanche, montrent que l&#8217;impact de ces styles sur l&#8217;EVPVF n&#8217;est pas toujours significatif. Par exemple, bien que le style participatif pr\u00e9sente une l\u00e9g\u00e8re influence positive, cette relation reste non significative. De m\u00eame, les styles transactionnel et paternaliste montrent une relation l\u00e9g\u00e8rement n\u00e9gative avec l&#8217;EVPVF, mais sans \u00eatre statistiquement significative.<\/p>\n<p>Ce travail met en lumi\u00e8re la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&#8217;adopter des styles de management plus adapt\u00e9s aux r\u00e9alit\u00e9s socioculturelles des employ\u00e9s, en particulier dans des contextes miniers o\u00f9 la famille occupe une place centrale.
