L\u2019\u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e, ayant fait appel \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode descriptive, arrive aux r\u00e9sultats selon lesquels la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, \u00e0 travers le salaire de base et les allocations familiales, suscite des comportements d\u00e9pressifs qui sont, respectivement, les sentiments de d\u00e9couragement et ce que l\u2019on peut qualifier des situations difficiles des salari\u00e9s de MJM.
