L&#8217;objectif principal est de comprendre les d\u00e9fis auxquels les employ\u00e9s sont confront\u00e9s lorsqu&#8217;ils tentent de maintenir un \u00e9quilibre entre leurs responsabilit\u00e9s professionnelles et familiales tout en restant engag\u00e9s au travail, ainsi que d&#8217;explorer les politiques et pratiques organisationnelles qui peuvent favoriser cet \u00e9quilibre.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;\u00e9tude r\u00e9v\u00e8le une diversit\u00e9 d&#8217;approches individuelles envers la conciliation vie professionnelle-vie familiale, allant de la segmentation stricte des sph\u00e8res professionnelles et familiales \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9gration positive des r\u00f4les. Les travailleurs des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s mini\u00e8res sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des horaires de travail longs et irr\u00e9guliers, ainsi qu&#8217;\u00e0 des p\u00e9riodes d&#8217;\u00e9loignement prolong\u00e9 de leur famille, entra\u00eenant des conflits travail-famille.
