Mat\u00e9riels\u00a0: Notre\u00a0\u00e9tude est transversale analytique, avec un \u00e9chantillonnage exhaustif de\u00a0la p\u00e9riode d\u2019Ao\u00fbt en \u2019octobre 2020,\u00a0aupr\u00e8s de tous les personnels de sant\u00e9 travaillant \u00e0 l\u2019H\u00f4pital G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de R\u00e9f\u00e9rence de Bagira, La collecte des donn\u00e9es est faite par un questionnaire d\u2019enqu\u00eate adress\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les personnels de l\u2019h\u00f4pital. Le traitement est fait par l\u2019Excel et Epi-Info 6.0. L\u2019analyse est faite par le calcul des fr\u00e9quences, moyennes, et la d\u00e9viation standard. R\u00e9sultats\u00a0:\u00a0Le salaire du personnel de l\u2019HGR\/Bagira \u00a0\u00e9tait fix\u00e9 en fonction \u00a0du grade et\/ou \u00e9chelon, la grande partie de nos enqu\u00eat\u00e9s avait une perception d\u00e9favorable au salaire per\u00e7u, la plupart de prestant travail de 35-45 heures par semaine avec une moyenne de plus de 45 heure par semaine. Salaire brut allant de 10000 \u00e0 50000fc et un salaire net allant de 50000 \u00e0 150000Fc par mois, d\u2019aucune somme vers\u00e9e\u00a0en titre de gratification ou des mois suppl\u00e9mentaires, ni d\u2019allocation de cong\u00e9\u00a0ou de l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 compensatoire. Conclusion\u00a0: Le probl\u00e8me de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration dans les institutions de sant\u00e9 demeure une pr\u00e9occupation dans les institutions de sant\u00e9 et plus particuli\u00e8re dans \u00e0 l\u2019H\u00f4pital G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de R\u00e9f\u00e9rence de Bagira.
