C&#8217;est une cause importante de perte de l&#8217;audition \u00e9vitable. La pr\u00e9dominance des germes pathog\u00e8nes de l&#8217;otite moyenne suppur\u00e9e \u00e9tant variable d&#8217;un pays a un autre, voir m\u00eame d&#8217;une r\u00e9gion a une autre d&#8217;o\u00f9 la connaissance des germes pathog\u00e8nes de cette maladie dans un milieu donn\u00e9 se r\u00e9v\u00e8le tr\u00e8s importante pour mener un traitement ad\u00e9quat. Nous identifions \u00a0par cette \u00e9tude le profil bact\u00e9riologique de l&#8217;otite moyenne suppur\u00e9e des patients qui ont consult\u00e9 le service d&#8217;ORL des Cliniques Universitaires de Kinshasa et la sensibilit\u00e9 de ces germes au regard des antibiotiques utilis\u00e9s. L&#8217;\u00e9tude de la sensibilit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite par la m\u00e9thode de diffusion en milieu g\u00e9lose.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Il s&#8217;agissait de 7 femmes et 5 hommes avec 4 de plus de 44 ans soit 34%, 3 de 0 \u00e0 10 ans soit 25%, 3 de 33 \u00e0 43 ans soit 25%, 1 de 11 \u00e0 21 ans soit 8% et enfin 1 de 22 \u00e0 32 ans soit 8%. Le profil bact\u00e9riologique \u00e9tait domin\u00e9 par les ent\u00e9robact\u00e9ries (Klebsiella pneumonie, Citrobacter freundii et Shewanella putrefaciens), le Pseudomonas aeruginosa et le Staphylocoques aureus.
