Abstract<\/h2>\n

La R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo, surtout sa partie Est, est devenue depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es un champ des guerres cr\u00e9\u00e9es par les seigneurs de guerre, semant terreur, pillage des ressources naturelles, b\u00e9tail \u00a0et des pertes en vies humaines. Pendant la p\u00e9riode pr\u00e9cit\u00e9e, l\u2019ancien District de Kabinda a \u00e9t\u00e9 touch\u00e9 par les violences de guerre, en subissant le m\u00eame sort inflig\u00e9 aux habitants de l\u2019Est, avec une partie g\u00e9r\u00e9e par les rebelles et une autre entre les mains du Gouvernement Congolais.<\/p>\n
