Les m\u00e9thodes juridique et sociologique, Par ces m\u00e9thodes sociologiques et juridiques qui \u00a0ont pris appui sur les techniques d\u2019enqu\u00eate par questionnaires, l\u2019entretien, l\u2019analyse, l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation et la documentation nous ont servi pour la realisation de cette \u00e9tude. Le pr\u00e9sent travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 dans un contexte de crise multiforme, principalement politique et \u00e9conomique. Alors que nous pensions proc\u00e9der par l\u2019observation participante, en prenant langue avec les populations riveraines et en constant sur terrain les probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 la gestion de la biodiversit\u00e9 dans les Aires prot\u00e9g\u00e9es contigu\u00ebs (RD. Congo, Rwanda et Ouganda), et isolement le Parc National de la Salonga que nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s que \u00a0les fortes pressions anthropiques en termes de d\u00e9forestation, braconnage, trafic des produits ligneux et non ligneux, spoliation des limites des sites naturels outre la guerre dans l\u2019Est, etc. nous avons apport\u00e9 tant que faire se peut notre contribution \u00e0 la solution des probl\u00e8mes pos\u00e9s par la gestion de la biodiversit\u00e9 dans les Aires prot\u00e9g\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est pourquoi, la promotion des enseignements sur l\u2019environnement, la gestion rationnelle des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes forestiers, la biodiversit\u00e9 et la lutte contre le r\u00e9chauffement de la plan\u00e8te, etc. doivent \u00eatre capitalis\u00e9s pour les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations pr\u00e9sentes et futures.
