L\u2019identification et l\u2019enr\u00f4lement des \u00e9lecteurs permettent \u00e0 tout congolais (RDC) remplissant les conditions requises pour voter, anim\u00e9 par l\u2019altruisme, le patriotisme et l\u2019esprit d\u00e9mocratique de se choisir librement ses dirigeants par et \u00e0 travers les urnes pour le d\u00e9veloppement optimal du pays.<\/p>\n

The identification and registration of voters allows any Congolese (DRC) who meets the requirements to vote, driven by altruism, patriotism and the democratic spirit, to freely choose their leaders by and through the ballot box for the optimal development of the country.<\/p>\n
