Ainsi, certaines \u00e9tudes montrent que les femmes sont moins enclines \u00e0 prendre des risques, car elles ont davantage peur de l\u2019\u00e9chec, et sont \u00e9galement moins comp\u00e9titives. Les chercheurs du FMI mettent en lumi\u00e8re les co\u00fbts importants que repr\u00e9-sentent les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s entre sexe pour l\u2019\u00e9conomie mondiale. Des \u00e9tudes d\u00e9j\u00e0 anciennes postulaient que les hommes et les femmes avaient sans doute le m\u00eame le m\u00eame potentiel, mais que des diff\u00e9rences d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation, \u00e0 la sant\u00e9, aux financements et aux tech-nologies ; des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s de droits ; enfin des disparit\u00e9s sociales et culturelles emp\u00eachaient les femmes de r\u00e9aliser le leur. A leur tour, ces obstacles limitaient l\u2019offre de femmes comp\u00e9tentes sur le march\u00e9 du travail. Il existe un ensemble des dispositifs dans les orga-nisations, mis en place pour g\u00e9rer les ressources humaines et permettant d\u2019identifier \u00e0 cet effet ses besoins actuels et futurs (planification de la main d\u2019oeuvre, description des postes), attirer (recrutement et s\u00e9lection, r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations), conserver et d\u00e9velopper (r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations, carri\u00e8re, gestion motivation et satisfaction, formation) les comp\u00e9tences (CORNET, 2018). Ces dispositifs subissent des influences de toute forme au sein des ONG oeuvrant dans la ville de Bukavu et engendrent des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s bas\u00e9es sur autant de crit\u00e8res.
