The introduction of digital technologies, increased competition, and heightened performance expectations have placed additional pressure on employees, leading to an increase in mental disorders such as anxiety, depression, and burnout. Mental health at work refers to the impact of a work environment on employees&#8217; psychological state, while well-being encompasses their mental, physical, and social health. These two dimensions are crucial because they influence employee satisfaction and organizational performance. Organizations increasingly recognize the benefits of a healthy work environment, not only for individual well-being but also for profitability and sustainability.<\/p>\n<p>The article presents key concepts, factors affecting mental health and well-being, and theoretical models that can guide organizations in improving these aspects. It highlights the importance of proactive strategies, including primary, secondary, and tertiary interventions, to foster a positive work culture.<\/p>\n<p>Materials and Methods: This case study used Vodacom Congo as an example. We used systemic and analytical methods, using documentary and observation techniques and an observation grid as a data collection tool.<\/p>\n<p>Results: Vodacom Congo illustrates how concrete initiatives can effectively improve employee mental health, reduce turnover, and improve overall job satisfaction. By investing in the well-being of their employees, organizations can create a more engaged, productive, and resilient workforce, ultimately leading to long-term success.<\/p>\n<p>Discussion: Our results are consistent with those of the WHO, which highlights the importance of proactive strategies, including primary, secondary, and tertiary interventions, to foster a positive work culture.<\/p>\n<p>Conclusion: Balanced mental health improves the quality of work, facilitates teamwork, and is an effective source of organizational performance.<\/p>\n<p>Keywords: Mental health, work, well-being, service quality.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9sum\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>Contexte: Cet article aborde les enjeux cruciaux de la sant\u00e9 mentale et du bien-\u00eatre au travail, soulignant les changements importants survenus dans les environnements de travail au cours des derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies. L&#8217;introduction des technologies num\u00e9riques, la concurrence accrue et les attentes de performance accrues ont exerc\u00e9 une pression suppl\u00e9mentaire sur les employ\u00e9s, entra\u00eenant une augmentation des troubles mentaux tels que l&#8217;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, la d\u00e9pression et l&#8217;\u00e9puisement professionnel. La sant\u00e9 mentale au travail d\u00e9signe l&#8217;impact d&#8217;un environnement de travail sur l&#8217;\u00e9tat psychologique des employ\u00e9s, tandis que le bien-\u00eatre englobe leur sant\u00e9 mentale, physique et sociale. Ces deux dimensions sont cruciales car elles influencent la satisfaction des employ\u00e9s et la performance organisationnelle. Les organisations reconnaissent de plus en plus les avantages d&#8217;un environnement de travail sain, non seulement pour le bien-\u00eatre individuel, mais aussi pour la rentabilit\u00e9 et la durabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;article pr\u00e9sente les concepts cl\u00e9s, les facteurs affectant la sant\u00e9 mentale et le bien-\u00eatre, ainsi que les mod\u00e8les th\u00e9oriques qui peuvent guider les organisations dans l&#8217;am\u00e9lioration de ces aspects. Il souligne l&#8217;importance des strat\u00e9gies proactives, incluant des interventions primaires, secondaires et tertiaires, pour favoriser une culture de travail positive.<\/p>\n<p>Mat\u00e9riel et m\u00e9thodes\u00a0: Cette \u00e9tude de cas a pris exemple de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Vodacom Congo. Nous avons recourus aux m\u00e9thodes syst\u00e9miques et analytiques, la technique documentaire \u00a0et l\u2019observation nous ont servi \u00a0comme \u00a0la technique et la grille d\u2019observation comme instrument de collecte des donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9sultats\u00a0: La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00a0Vodacom Congo illustre comment des initiatives concr\u00e8tes peuvent am\u00e9liorer efficacement la sant\u00e9 mentale des employ\u00e9s, r\u00e9duire le turnover et am\u00e9liorer la satisfaction professionnelle globale.
