HR management has become a strategic activity generating a crucial competitive advantage, with employees now considered valuable assets to be valued and retained. This study aims to analyze the influence of HR practices on a company&#8217;s performance, taking into account various dimensions, including economic, social, and organizational.<\/p>\n<p>Materials and Methods:<\/p>\n<p>Methods: We used analytical, systemic, survey, dialectical, and structural-functional methods.<\/p>\n<p>Techniques: Documentary, observational, and interviewing.<\/p>\n<p>Results:\u00a0Recruitment, training, career management, compensation, and performance evaluation are key HR practices used in a company. Motivation and good compensation are strategic objectives for companies to boost competitiveness and performance, and they remain linked to strategic alignment, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, profitability, operational efficiency, and employee engagement.<\/p>\n<p>Discussion:\u00a0Our results confirm those of KICHOU, Djedjiga, who worked on The Impact of Resource Management Practices in Algerian Companies.<\/p>\n<p>Conclusion:\u00a0In our study, the universalist approach is the best, suggesting that certain HR &#8220;best practices&#8221; have a significant positive effect on company performance, regardless of the specific context in which they are implemented. We conclude that practices such as motivation, training, and good compensation have an impact on a company&#8217;s performance.<\/p>\n<p>Keywords:\u00a0Human resource management, human resource practices, and company performance<\/p>\n<p>RESUME <\/p>\n<p>Contexte\u00a0:\u00a0Dans un contexte \u00e9conomique en constante \u00e9volution, la r\u00e9ussite d&#8217;une entreprise repose en grande partie sur son capital humain. La gestion RH est devenue une activit\u00e9 strat\u00e9gique g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrice d&#8217;un avantage concurrentiel crucial, les employ\u00e9s \u00e9tant d\u00e9sormais consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des atouts pr\u00e9cieux \u00e0 valoriser et \u00e0 fid\u00e9liser. L&#8217;\u00e9tude vise \u00e0 analyser l&#8217;influence des pratiques RH sur la performance d&#8217;une entreprise, en prenant en compte diverses dimensions, notamment \u00e9conomiques, sociales et organisationnelles.<\/p>\n<p>Mat\u00e9riel et m\u00e9thodes\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9thodes\u00a0: Nous avons recouru \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode analytique, Syst\u00e9mique, d\u2019enqu\u00eate, \u00e0 la dialectique et la m\u00e9thode structuro fonctionnelle.<\/p>\n<p>Techniques:\u00a0Documentaires, d\u2019observation et l\u2019interview.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9sultats <\/p>\n<p>Le recrutement, la formation, la gestion de carri\u00e8re, la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et l&#8217;\u00e9valuation de la performance sont des pratiques RH cl\u00e9s utilis\u00e9es dans une \u00a0entreprise. La motivation \u00a0et la bonne r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration \u00a0sont les objectifs strat\u00e9giques de l&#8217;entreprise pour stimuler la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 et la performance et elles restent li\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#8217;alignement strat\u00e9gique, l&#8217;am\u00e9lioration continue, la satisfaction client, la rentabilit\u00e9, l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle et l&#8217;engagement des collaborateurs.<\/p>\n<p>Discussion\u00a0:\u00a0Nos r\u00e9sultats confirment ceux de KICHOU, Djedjiga ayant travaill\u00e9 sur \u00a0\u00a0L\u2019impact des pratiques de gestion des ressources dans des entreprises alg\u00e9riennes.<\/p>\n<p>Conclusion\u00a0:\u00a0Dans notre \u00e9tude,\u00a0l\u2019approche universaliste est le mieux, qui sugg\u00e8re que certaines \u00ab\u00a0meilleures pratiques\u00a0\u00bb RH ont un effet positif significatif sur la performance de l&#8217;entreprise, quel que soit le contexte sp\u00e9cifique dans lequel elles sont mises en \u0153uvre.
