{"id":2603,"date":"2022-12-30T01:02:03","date_gmt":"2022-12-30T01:02:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ijssass.com\/journal\/satisfaction-au-travail-et-implication-organisationnelle-des-salaries-de-la-gecamines-et-sncc\/"},"modified":"2025-04-16T21:33:51","modified_gmt":"2025-04-16T21:33:51","slug":"satisfaction-au-travail-et-implication-organisationnelle-des-salaries-de-la-gecamines-et-sncc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ijssass.com\/journal\/satisfaction-au-travail-et-implication-organisationnelle-des-salaries-de-la-gecamines-et-sncc\/","title":{"rendered":"SATISFACTION AU TRAVAIL ET IMPLICATION ORGANISATIONNELLE DES SALARI\u00c9S DE LA G\u00c9CAMINES ET SNCC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La pr\u00e9sente \u00e9tude, s\u2019inscrivant dans le domaine de la gestion des ressources humaines, s\u2019est int\u00e9ress\u00e9 aux concepts de satisfaction et d\u2019implication, et \u00e0 chercher \u00e0 connaitre l\u2019impact de l\u2019insatisfaction au travail sur l\u2019implication organisationnelle des salari\u00e9s de la G\u00e9camines et SNCC.<\/p>\n<p>Une enqu\u00eate a ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un \u00e9chantillon constitu\u00e9 de 58 agents de la G\u00e9camines et 60 agents de la SNCC, \u00e0 l\u2019issue de laquelle les r\u00e9sultats (obtenus au moyen de la mod\u00e9lisation par les \u00e9quations structurelles) ont montr\u00e9 l\u2019existence d\u2019une relation positive et tr\u00e8s significative entre la satisfaction au travail et l\u2019implication organisationnelle d\u2019abord et ensuite, entre la satisfaction au travail et les trois composantes de l\u2019implication organisationnelle. Seulement, dans notre \u00e9tude et par rapport \u00e0 notre contexte, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 que la relation est plus forte entre la satisfaction au travail et l\u2019implication calcul\u00e9e, ensuite vient l\u2019implication normative et enfin celle affective. Ceci veut tout simplement dire que le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne d\u2019insatisfaction observ\u00e9 chez les employ\u00e9s de la G\u00e9camines et SNCC conduit beaucoup plus \u00e0 un d\u00e9sengagement calcul\u00e9 qu\u2019\u00e0 celui normatif et affectif. Et ce manque d\u2019implication calcul\u00e9e ou ce fort d\u00e9sengagement calcul\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s de ces deux entreprises se traduit par le fait que les co\u00fbts qu\u2019ils supportent sont sup\u00e9rieurs aux b\u00e9n\u00e9fices pouvant leur permettre de rester dans l\u2019organisation. Mais ils restent n\u00e9anmoins, car par rapport \u00e0 certains contextes et comme l\u2019a affirm\u00e9 Covain et al. (2015), un salari\u00e9 d\u00e9sengag\u00e9 peut adopter des comportements de retrait sans pour autant quitter son organisation.
